Freight Forwarding (International and Local)
We will use the best carriers for reliability and excellent pricing. As part of our service, we will proactively track your shipment, and do everything in our power to ensure that your shipment arrives on time and undamaged.

Rentals
Instead of transporting bulky materials to your remote work site or trade show, allow us to find a quality rental equipment to hire, at a fraction of the cost to transport your own equipment, removing the possibility of loss or damage to your assets.

Hotels, Restaurants, & Transportation
We are familiar with the convention centres and major cities in the USA, and can make unbiased recommendations or reservation for hotels, restaurants, and transportation that best suits your needs and budget.

Local Printing and Graphics
Besides being awkward, printing and graphics made in your hometown can be damaged or lost during shipping. Having your printing and graphics done close to where they are needed helps ensure they are ready and in great condition, often at a lower cost than having them done in your home market. As a bonus, since your material does not have to be shipped great distances, you can take advantage of shorter transit time, letting you spend more time on the design and content of your material.

Trade Show
In addition to helping you with all of the post and pre trade show logistics, we can help you find trade show greeters, traffic generators, and security personnel who will supplement our own seasoned staff to represent your company and its products and services.

Trade Show Follow Up
After the show, we can serve as your US "Office", making prospective customers more comfortable in knowing that you have a local point of contact in the business capital of the world. We can also create personalized, professional business cards for you at a low cost that will help you increase or maintain your network of clientele.

Client Gifts
Leave an impression on your potential clients during the trade show by offering gifts with your company's trademark, logo, or slogan. We can help you obtain, package, and distribute these gifts in an efficient and effective way. Besides our normal range of telephone services, we provide unique solutions for cost effective communications to your project or trade show.

Storage
If you know that the next time your project or trade show material will be needed in the US (or some place other than your own offices), we can safely store it and forward it to you for your next event. The less times your material is shipped, the more you save (and the less likely your material will be lost or damaged in transit)

Auctions
We have been participated in thousands of online and "real life" auctions in North America. From our New York location, we can preview auctions anywhere and provide you with a detailed pre-auction report of the items for offer. We can be your proxy bidder, adjusting your bid offer based on market conditions in strict accordance as authorized. After the auction, we can facilitate the collection and shipping of your merchandise, as well as perform a post-sale inspection.

Proposal and Bid Presentation
While no one knows your company and markets as well as you do, time and space do not always allow you to make your presentations yourself. Our seasoned executive presenters can represent your company to its prospects with the proposals you have prepared. From simple presentation delivery to elaborate demonstration, we stand by ready to help you win more business. When appropriate, we can be present when all prospective bids are reviewed, and report to you immediately if your proposal was selected.
